Where do you reside and how you address yourself (jurisdiction)

Subject to houses of jurisdiction hierarchy :

3. State Registrar consisting of: Some of the states have centralized vital records offices, but most have local registrars who receive, register and issue certified copies of vital records. There are over 6,000 local vital registrars nationwide.There are 57 vital registration jurisdictions in the United States: The fifty states, five territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands), District of Columbia and New York City. Each of the 57 jurisdictions has a direct statistical reporting relationship with the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS).

NAPHSIS works to build confidence in the integrity of public health and vital records systems and the data produced.NAPHSIS also educates and negotiates on behalf of the jurisdictions with NCHS, the Social Security Administration (SSA) and other federal and national partners to ensure fair and equitable support and compensation for all jurisdictions, regardless of size or geographic location.

(mommy and daddy now become your caretakers as lawful parents or guardians and you now belong to the state where you reside).

4. Naturalization Act: This act subjects you by your birth-right to United State's Jurisdiction.

5. The use of the Social Security Insurance subects you as a beneficiary under federal jurisdiction.

6. You pledge your earthy possesions in the form of pawn and/or antichresis to the country in which you reside by the registering it to the country that you have pledged in the form of securities.

Because you address yourself and reside in a federal serviced 'situs address', you are subject to their federal jurisdiction and taxes from the IRS.

7. Registration to vote subjects you to state jurisdiction, and because the state uses a federal service fror managing the representatives of each state based on population through the CENSUS, the state falls under federal jurisdiction for using federal service.

8. 1971 United States joined as a member of the United Nations, so now we are Subject to their jurisdiction.
